See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Munching on fruit after a 3-hour nap. I am spoiled with living in a city in which blackberry brambles run wild, and at certain bus stops the right time of the year you can spend your wait for the bus just stuffing yourself with ripe soft sun-warmed berries; I regret to report that these store-bought berries are ass.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

I imagine they are like like store-bought tomatoes -- bred for durability rather than flavor.

Our wings are not tired.

I wanted to break in and say that I am 50 and I have internet friends. This is not so new, because I feel like a late adopter, because I didn’t really use BBS or IRC.

Yeah, a couple decades older so totes used BBS.

I regret to report that these store-bought berries are ass.

Yeah, I often regret falling for what looks like real berries.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

In San Francisco you can get great store-bought tomatoes, because they're heirloom and organic.

Berries are more iffy. But if I go to Gus's I can get fantastic cherries and peaches in season.

Happy birthday to beekaytee! It was good to see your fonts last week and I do hope you have a delightful day, and that your new home continues to treat you well in the coming year.

It is also beth b's birthday, so although sightings have been scarce, I hope she is being spoiled this day and always.

I'm never sure what to do with the Buffistas on the official Nilly Birthday Calendar who may or may not be lurking. A couple days ago was also Cybervixen's birthday. I know she is well because I see her on FB. Too many Buffistas missed around these parts. Nilly also had note of anniversaries and Buffista sprog birthdays, but I haven't acknowledged them feeling I would leave it up to the individual to mention. Yes, I may overthink this stuff.

Happy Birthday, bk!!

Laura, I understand the overthinking issue. I think you handle this in a delightful manner, for what it's worth.

Finally over my ick from last week. Man, that'll suck the life of of you. I'd forgotten.

Woo, retirement -- when, when, when?

Ooh retirement! That sounds like an excellent plan.
