And then for dinner reheated French fries and Brussels sprouts from my takeout the night before. And then a bowl of cereal for dessert. ...this is why having children always seemed scary to me. I can’t feed myself, how could I feed a child healthily?

I am heavily reliant on DoorDash to feed myself this week. I do not expect to prosper with the fall of civilization. Or with any glitches with epayments.
Is it wrong that I hope Adam Schiff has a degree from Law & Order as well? He has to have checked it out, right? I guess it wouldn't really make a difference for general population of insurrectionists, but still. I'm reading his statement thing right now, good stuff.

Work cackling: you know what happens when I wake up too early and a poorly-scheduled/thought out documentation request is casually sent to me in Slack? I get spiteful, write up an entire "this is how documentation will be planned and requested for 2021" document and give the release manager a heads-up, which leads to them gleefully adding me to the weekly PM meeting.
The moral: do not piss off a technical writer who has run content planning PM thunderdomes before, it will go poorly for you.
