But I tried deleting and then adding my cards again, and it did not work! When I was first signing up for Instacart my bank kept declining it too And I had to call.

EDIT: I was stalking him far less than that looks like. When I went to check out the US Capitol Police's account, Twitter recommend sarameg's account. I clicked to see if it was her. Twitter then recommended Juliana's account, so I clicked to see if it was really Juliana. Twitter then recommended the above-linked account and I said, "Hey, I think that's Gud. I'll go look." That's all.

Dr. Telemedicine appt today. Nothing going on, just a 3 month follow-up since I am a new patient. Have a plan for the next month to get blood work done, follow up with her again, but in office, to go over results and check blood pressure. Get back on to trying to find a therapist.

I was completely honest with her, I would be shocked if my cholesterol or blood pressure were any better. My anxiety and mental health are not any better and on many days are worse. I am doing the bare minimum, but I have no feelings of self-harm. I did have to admit that I have had feeling of wanting to harm others, but do not have the energy or wherewithal to follow-through on that, so violent idea, but lazy.

I emptied one box yesterday and filled one with exercise stuff and stored it under bed in this room, so I got rid of two boxes from the open floor. Not bad and I feel much better about being in this room.

I have a LOT of stuff from old vacations. Not sure what to do with it. Scrapbooks? I had once started to sort things into various nice boxes per vacation, but I don't think a bunch of boxes just in closets or on shelves makes any sense. I have started pulling out any and all postcards as I find them and am using them or framing them now. I guess the rest I should either photograph and make virtual scrapbooks or just toss. - Talking it out helps - lookie there

I am in DC in one of the spots (not Capitol Hill) where the groups were gathering. I was told to go home around noon on Tuesday and stay home Wednesday and Thursday. I've been checking outside my office and there are quite a lot of police cars out there. No way I'd go anywhere near the Capitol.

With the people who invaded the Capitol being averse to wearing masks, I understand they're being reported ... several have lost their jobs. Five people died - one was the woman who was shot, one was the Capitol police officer who was hit in the head with a fire extinguisher and later went back to his office and another was a man who posed waving a couple of long guns in front of his Christmas tree ... and is being eulogized as a good family man.

I can't help wondering - think anyone's going to go to felony murder charges?
