I knew that one of the demonstrators who died yesterday had accidentally Tasered himself.
What I now know is that he tased himself in the balls while trying to steal Thomas Paine's portrait.
I got to tell JZ this story while she giggled and just said, "Common Sense."
Also, there's growing suspicion (at least among our allies) that Trump had help among Federal forces (such as Homeland Security) in drawing down the forces around the Capitol.
Security experts are saying that not even basic protocols of crowd control were enacted. It wasn't just ineptitude. The Capitol was purposefully left vulnerable.
