Zoe: Uh huh. River, honey? He's putting the hair away now. River: It'll still be there... waiting.

Our wings are not tired

I met my wife here so I think you all know how I feel about this place.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

ran the quote battle (what was that called?)

Deathmatch!

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Just going to take this opportunity to remind everyone that I am the reigning Oldest Resident. (In terms of how long I've been here. Not actual age.)

You're #1! Youre#1!

Yes! Thank you, David.

I, too, am super duper fond of this place. Super. Duper.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

Happy holidays, y'all. I love this place very much, too. <3

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

Super. Duper.

Now I'm earwormed with "Puttin' On The Ritz."

Our wings are not tired.

There are worse earworms.

Happy Christmas Eve, and/or Sunday Eve! Love you all.

Sophia, you probably put your address in when we were doing the Buffista map thing. I'll have to check and see if I updated mine!

Put together my lasagnas today, and I am very pleased with the results. I didn't taste the carnivore one, but the veggie one is super tasty even cold. We didn't get the tv set up in the bedroom for the kiddos, but I have 2 all in one computers and we have 3 laptops, so each kid can have their own computer without even touching DH's. I'm making new users who just have NetFlix and YouTube options. All the kids, except the 2 year old, are computer comfortable, and even the little dude has his tablet.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

I know the Bengals already made the playoffs, but it would be nice if they didn't shit the bed in this game against New England. Jesus.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Saints, against all of their natural inclinations, won in Cleveland. (Fuck you, Deshaun Watson.)

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I have no idea about this “foot ball” you speak of. Apparently the Bills are playing somewhere.

I loved the quote Deathmatches. I also can’t believe that I somehow had so little work to do that I could spend so much time on the Buffy board. I have been able to do it a little this week because I am on “vacation”. But man, I used to have about 2 hours of work a DAY.

I am also nostalgic for when I was one of the top posters. As we have done in the past, when reminiscing, I think my delurking was on TT 5x5, and I think it was an exchange with JZ about George Lucas’s library, but that could be all made up memories. I mean, I am pretty sure that happened, but I am not sure if tha was my delurking.

I didn’t have a home computer at the time, so I actually PRINTED OUT the Buffy board and Pacey and Joey fanfic (thanks VonnieK).

I am so disappointed that I did not get to go to the zoo today. It is obviously a minor problem, where we are in a weird hurricane snow vortex n Buffalo, with bonus water main break??? In Rochester, but I have been going to the zoo on Christmas Eve for 20 years, and it just feels like a terrible thing to skip it. Like, we went in 2020 all masked and 6 feet apart. And this is the year…
