The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.
The only time I have every been in court was as a juror. I found it immensely frustrating. The lawyers didn't ask the questions I wanted answers to, and they spent most of the time on stuff that had no relevance to the questions that the jury instructions told us to decide.

Congratulations, Matt! welcome to the stress-and-money pit that is homeownership. However your house looks like it's in good shape, so that's nice.
It was just fully renovated with a new roof, new floors, new kitchen, new bathroom tile, and new HVAC. I don't think I could have done any better without having a new house built to my specs. My realtor assured me it should be quite a few years before I have to replace anything major.
