Cauliflower: roast that bitch in the oven. I cut it into florets, because it roasts faster that way and I am impatient as shit. Toss the florets with olive oil and salt, dump onto a pan, sprinkle with smoked paprika or turmeric, roast at 400 for 10-11 minutes, then flip them over and roast for another 10 minutes or so. Fucking FANTASTIC.
Although I am also a huge proponent of cheese on cauliflower. So many ways to yummify it!
I roast my cauliflower with capers! Yum. I’m making a cauliflower salad for Thanksgiving.
I got 3 colors of cauliflower at the market today to use in it.

Roasted, mashed, smothered in cheese, fried nuggets, I'm ready for cauliflower anytime. My mom always sprinkled vinegar on it, which was yum too.
Cauliflower-crust pizza is legit good. Although I say that as someone who hasn't had pizza with a real (ie, gluten-full) crust in, shit, 10 years? A long time. So all I have to compare the cauliflower crust to is GF crusts, which vary from Fucking Amazing What Dark Majiks Were Used To Make This? all the way to Jesus Christ Is This Bitter Crumbling Mass A Punishment For Something?
Deep fried cauliflower is one of my favorites.
Cauliflower is weirdly expensive here, so we only buy it on sale, and it often goes into curry

I also like cauliflower. I got a head in my CSA this year, and I roasted it with olive oil and salt, and then put parm on it. Very yum.
I shampooed my carpet yesterday and today. Which means I moved a lot of furniture around yesterday and today. Now I’m exhausted and lounging on the sofa, eating leftover Halloween candy.
