2021 is starting on an auspicious note. I opened a new package of bacon (it’s in a box — it’s precooked bacon because I’m lazy, but it’s uncured applewood smoked bacon and therefore really tasty, so mock me at your peril). Both ends of the box were sealed. Instead of one pack of bacon inside, there were TWO. I made sure the box didn’t say “double pack” or anything like that (it did not). I got double fucking bacon to start the year, man!!! Today is henceforth known as Double Bacon Miracle Day.
