I have tomorrow off. I was just scheduled that way and a few people were scheduled for tomorrow are now off because they had to cut hours back.
I also realized tonight I might not get the $600 from the government. I don't know if my 2019 taxes were ever filed. I mailed them in. I haven't gotten my refund. I can't get any info online and I haven't been able to get through to anyone when I've called the phone number. Granted I haven't been trying every day but I think I need to find a tax person at this point and figure it out. But I don't know what to do...like who would handle this?
It's not so much about the stimulus but I want my refund and I don't eant to get in trouble for filing my return when I did. I don't have proof though because I just mailed it and didn't do a certified letter or anything.

askye, I was just looking at the irs.gov website for something else and the system is down for maintenance until 1/4, so try not to worry about it until Monday. Hopefully someone can help you find out what's going on then.

-t thanks. I've been trying to call them off and on since , um about 12 weeks after the extension deadline but haven't gotten through to anyone. and I keep trying the website to see if I can get info on my tax return status and it says it can't find it and to call the number.
I'll try Monday again and then move on from there.

Thr first New Year we dated M got a sky lantern to send off on New Years in Memory of people lost.
This year we have 3 one for him, me and his mom.
I put on mine the Buffistas we have lost , not just this year but all the years, although I think i forgot someone. I also included JZ's dad and Susan's brother...listed like that. I'm slightly buzzed from sparkling wine so at the bottom I added Not in loving memory of 2020.
Anyway it's something that I think is a nice tradition
