They are super paranoid. They didn't work for the last couple years pretty much at all unless it was an unoccupied property. They are neighbors and friends, so I am more patient than I would be normally. All said, I have more understanding for being overly cautious than for the idiots who haven't shown any caution or concern.

Yeah, the caution thing is really variable. My landlord’s favorite plumber basically quit residential work because he got sick of clients hovering over his shoulder without masks—in late 2020. My car mechanics are all mask-schmask.

Tom I am not 100%sure the best places to donate but I came across an article and it links to Puerto Rico based organizations and others that have been working in Puerto Rico before.

They were there for Hurricane Maria and the earthquakes as well so they have been continuing work there and other islands to help.
