Wash: Psychic, though? That sounds like something out of science fiction. Zoe: We live in a space ship, dear. Wash: So?

Our wings are not tired

Wow, busy season is back in force. I've been doing very late nights on an event that opens tonight, and all sorts of other calls are coming in for projects. Hopefully we can take on a good portion of them.

Our wings are not tired.

Get some good rest and feel better, -t.

Hopefully we can take on a good portion of them.

Strike while the iron is hot, hopefully without killing yourself.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

And there’s the text that my car is ready. Have to coordinate with my parents so mom can give dad a ride and I can give him back his car when I pick up mine , so it’ll be a couple of hours, but the money part is all ready to go. Whew!

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Ugh, last night ended up being a bit of a shitshow with Mr. S. We got through dinner ok, then he decided he needed to go to the ER for his cold. I tried to tell him we have meds here, and the ER wasn't going to be able to do anything different. He went into a violently aggressive meltdown, hitting and spitting on me and throwing things. I finally agreed to take him there so he would take his normal evening meds. Got there around 8 and got looked at around 8:30. They didn't find anything we didn't already know, so we were out of there around 9:30, but not before he had another meltdown. When we got home he agreed to take Benadryl for his stuffed up nose, and fell asleep just before 10.

I hope tonight and the rest of the nights until Gary gets back go better.(Gary returns on Sunday) I woke up early this morning and couldn't get back to sleep because I was stressed.

Our wings are not tired.

Ugh, may the next few days go easier, Sheryl.

Our wings are not tired.

I tested positive last Friday, took the drugs, and waited patiently to test again this morning. Negative! Woo! I was worried it might hang around a while.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Negative! Woo!

Good band name! And good news.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Excellent news, Laura!

Got my nudes taken. Waiting for the boob guy to take a look at them. They look like space photography.

Edit: one more picture

Edit 2: now they want ultrasound and are trying to get the order from my NP this morning. I’ll take that ~ma if we’ve got some floating around.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Waiting for the boob guy to take a look at them.

My contractor refers to all of his sub-contractors this way. "My tile guy will be over at 9" etc. He has not, as yet, referred to his boob guy, though.

My friend Susan just shared a story that made me feel some kind of way. She has a grey parrot named Humbert who is 36 years old. Susan got the parrot when she was with her husband, Tony, and the parrot was very attached to him. Tony died about fifteen years ago, but Humbert still does his voice, using phrases he used to say.
