Oh no, Mama Flea! That's really funny.

Natter 77: I miss my friends. I miss my enemies. I miss the people I talked to every day.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
Omg flea!
Today I learned that my car’s registration expired in March. I renewed electronically. Immediately.
Also electronically got mac’s new phone activated and working.
My cousin is at mac’s place now loading up the items to go to storage and possibly having a come to Jesus/make better choices talk. I hope also taking him for a meal. They’re also to turn in mac’s keys and sign closet out papers with the apartment, then Mac will sleep on the floor tonight and flight out in the morning.
New dawn, new day.
In “not sure what I want to do with my life” child news, Casper applied to community college yesterday. Did everything by herself, except ask her father (luckily still in Ohio) to go pay for her high school transcript which has to be done by cash or money order only.
I hope Mac comes about!
Oh, flea, that is really funny. The mom block. And congrats to Casper for young adulting.
msbelle, progress is good. Yes.
I have not done a blessed thing today worth posting about, but that's OK. We ordered Thai for dinner. There. That's something.
Flea that’s very funny but I’d be mortified if I was your mom. Awww.
Also, cash or money order only? Wtf? What century is this? But go Casper.
Msbelle, good luck with the boyo

All I've done today is is bake pumpkin chocolate chip scones. But we are currently assembling ourselves to go get sushi, get groceries, and go to Home Depot for a dehumidifier for the basement area that will be Tim's workshop when he moves his dad's workbench in.
it was discovered that my mother had blocked my brother’s number, angrily, at some point, and then apparently forgotten about it.
Bwah!
Poor Matilda is suffering terrible cramps and is spending the day in bed. We had tried a bc pill for her but it made her intolerably sad on a daily basis. I just wish it wasn't so hard on her. It's tricky enough being on the cusp of 16.
We're meeting with her doctor at the end of the month and we'll try a different pill with a different hormone cocktail and see if we can find some ease.
As most of you have seen on FB, we've been glorying in our new light fixtures and couch and fixed windows, and I've been lounging in my new chair reading the shit out of books and mags.
I am not reading the Temaire series at the moment because while I found volumes 2 and 3 in the used bin at Green Apple, they didn't have the first book. I'll scrape it up eventually.
Timelies all!
Today has been mixed. I’ve spent a fair amount of the day in children’s programming with Mr. S. While there he’s been good, but he’s had a few meltdowns. Right now we’re eating deep dish pizza from Giordano’s.

It took me a bit to figure that out, but it was awful. Then a long time later when they wanted me to take hormone replacement stuff for menopause I took it for a very short time and recognized the same horrible emotional results and said hell no, never again. I really hope science has a lot better options than it did when I was a younger woman.
All digits crossed and ~ma sent for Mac's trip.
Snerk, and poor mom, for Mama Flea.
The reading chair looks quite awesome.

Giordano's is good stuff.
