Thrive to spite them

I got home around 11.

It seems that somehow I got overlooked by one shift and then got picked up but the next.

But there were 3 traumas that came in after the dr ordered the breathing treatment and they were busy. We used to have a small ER in town here which was good because there are so much rural area around but when Prisma took over I guess they did the close a lot of smaller departmen4s that at3 vital to the community but not to the bottom line so the Greenville er gets overwhelmed.

They were going to give me more than peanut butter and crackers but they had run out of everything. Just had that and diet sprite as optopms.

I have prescriptions for inhaler and a steroid if I need it and a Dr's note so I'm out until Tues.

If I don't feel better or if I feel worse I have to go back there which sucks. But I'll be better prepared.

I emailed work. I haven't gotten a message from cvs my prescriptions are ready but I'm going to ch3ck that .

I have been forgetting to take my meds but took the duloxetine today. Woke up too late for Vyvanse and really dont need it to sleep mosr the day.I didn't need the excessive sweating side effect during this anyway. Did take it today though.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Woke up a bunch of times this morning, starting around 4:30. Bleah.

Our wings are not tired.

I've mostly spent the weekend skimming though my book club book before Monday. I really need to start these things earlier.

Weekend potatoing is going as planned.

Are your stitches itchy?

JZ roused me out of the house to go to Lights Plus, where we dropped some cash and got fancy light features *and* I finally found a reading chair that's Just Right for my Goldilocks ass.

In and out in about 40 minutes, so that felt productive but expensive.

Matilda is out and about with her Nana doing some shopping and wearing a very pretty dress.

Are your stitches itchy?

Surprisingly not!

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Quick recovery~ma, JenP.

We had ltc's family party yesterday and we have her kids party today. There is still very few kids coming to the kids party, but hopefully ltc will still have fun. I have forgotten how to interact with other humans. So, wish me luck with the parents today.

Our wings are not tired.

May the party be more enjoyable than anticipated. I'm sure ltc will have a blast, and hope you will be able to relax.

Hope it's going/has gone well, sj.

Dinner with a friend tonight. I am going to drive the car around the block to see if I can drive reliably yet... if not, DH will chauffer, which is kind.

I've gotten a little whiny in my brain about still feeling pain in my arm from a fall a whole week ago, which is pretty eye-rolly, considering how lucky I was. And yet, sometimes the crankies get loose.

I think being able to drive will make me feel better, so let me go test that...
