Golf carts are the preferred transportation
I own four golf carts. Well, rather I have four of them for my company, but for about 8 months of the year one of them lives up at our house.

I once spent the day driving around a movie lot in a golf cart driven by George Clooney. I’ve had some cool times in my little life I am now realizing. And yeah he’s as nice as he seems. That was in 1995 or 6, whenever he was filming his terrible Batman. His assistant Amy was a good friend of mine at the time. ETA: I just went down a rabbit hole trying it figure out if Amy is still working for him or even if she’s alive. She produced a few of his films in the late 90s and was interviewed for a maagazine in early 2000s. He’s had another assistant for years (Angel) and they used to overlap a bit. Harrumph I hate when I lose touch with people and they seem to fall off the face of the earth. Another friend from that time was Wes Craven’s assistant and now she’s a super famous creator of Vampire Diaries. We uses to call her Plecie. 😝
Hee, "whenever he was filming his terrible Batman" is such a funny way to place something in time!
Accurate tho, right!? Ha!
Oh, yeah, very effective!
All four of my golf carts are currently on the Universal Studios Backlot. Living and working in LA is weird.
Indeed, ND!
So different from my golf cart less life!
Many of my neighbors have golf carts and they are the thing to drive in town in Florida. I just refer to my car as a overly powerful and fast golf cart.
Accurate tho, right!? Ha!
It does pin down a moment in time.
Timelies all!
Back to work today. Of course, my supervisor is out. Still, it wasn't as bad as some Wednesdays we've had.
Gary and I were chosen at random for COVID testing when we crossed into Canada Friday.(It ended up being a complicated thing to get the test submitted.) Got the results today, which seems a bit inefficient. Oh well...(it was negative)
