I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Wow, that is terrible, msbelle!

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I'm getting the idea that the whole premise of insurance is to tell us "we'll pay if something bad happens to you" and then not paying when that thing happens.

"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

I'm getting the idea that the whole premise of insurance is to tell us "we'll pay if something bad happens to you" and then not paying when that thing happens.

A subset of capitalism's premise, "Everyone makes money! Just not you."

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I’ve been told it is resolved and money will be direct deposited into my account.

Fingers crossed because Mac still doesn’t have a paycheck (next week, fingers crossed) and rent is due.

Tonight I drink.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

No, it will definitely make my commute worse.

That sucks. I'm sorry.

I'm also sorry about the insurance difficulties, msbelle.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

That's complete bull hooe, msbelle. Especially given you've been a customer for 27 years, they should show a bit of the loyalty that you've shown. And have that money deposited today. Then drink.

Our wings are not tired.

I’m sorry, msbelle. Insurance companies are evil.

Still in waiting room. Over 7 hours now. Procedure was supposed to be 20 minutes. It took 2 hours? Per the board anyway. But it has been 4 hours since he went in for the simple 30 minute dealio. Going to ask at desk again.

Our wings are not tired.

Desk called and they said they had to give him something more for pain and it would maybe be another half hour. No word from doctor or anything.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

No word from doctor or anything.

Somebody should be talking to you when the surgery is taking much longer than expected!
