I walked or biked home for lunch most days in middle school grades. I’d make myself a grilled cheese or a burrito and get in trouble for being late because I was trying to catch the end of Beverley Hillbillies before racing back.
HS there was no where in the area to go but we still tried.
I recently got an auto call from Dillo’s high school reminding everyone that you cannot order doordash delivery to the school.
That's funny, flea. They didn't have doordash when mine were in school. They ate school cafeteria lunch. I walked home every day when I was in HS and carried a bag lunch in elementary because it was too long a walk home. (both ways in the snow!)
Inspections and such on the boat are tomorrow and I am trying to keep DH calm because he is filled with second thoughts and making me nuts.
Oh no! I just saw the Beep Me post. (thank you for the update) Sending lots of ~ma to Todd for a quick and easy fix. Please let us know how you are doing as soon as you can.
Oh my gosh just read beep me, what a saga! Hope Toddson is ok and so glad someone was checking in!
Yikes, Toddson! Glad you're safe and I hope it's nothing serious.
Thanks for checking in, beekaytee!
Oh, my gosh, Toddson. I'm glad you got to the hospital and that they are treating you well. I'm around and work from home, so I'll send an email to see if you need any local help.
Todson! I hope you are now as ok as I am relieved. Thanks for the updates, beekaytee!
Oh, no Toddson! That is so scary. beekaytee, thank you for everything you did.
I'm so glad that Toddson was safely checked in upon and taken care of.
You know....my singleton Buffistae, it would be well if everybody had a check-in buddy. It distresses me that we didn't know about Ed or Connie's passing into well after it happened.
So, somebody and some way for people to check in if they've been offline for a while.
And, a relative/friend that can be contacted.
