Good morning! Stupid crazy Monday morning for this east coast girl. Just getting a moment to fill my coffee cup. Why be Monday?

It is being a particularly Mondayish Monday here. The storm last night kept us up half the night and my tea is broken.
I went to get dressed this morning and stared blankly at the short I was about to put on thinking "how did that hole get there?" before realizing that that was where my arm was supposed to go. So, yeah, Monday.
oh, -t, I've had times like that ... such as the night I couldn't figure out how to unlock my apartment door to get out
In other news, you were looking for other forms to tell the future - seems there used to be Czech fortune-telling dice
Oh, I was hoping for something with dice! Thanks, I'll have to look into those
I got a promotion last week. I'm now allowed to add "Sr" to my job title. So yay.
Broken tea sounds super disappointing.
-t, I have used my key fob (unsuccessfully) to try to open the garage door. I feel you.
My Monday is being pretty chill this week, all in all, so that's good. Tomorrow I have PT, then a doctor's appt. with a team I don't really love, and then meetings out the ass. Not psyched about Tuesday, really.
Speaking of PT -- so, I've been having shoulder and back pain on the right side. I get an xray, and it's "some arthritic decay (or something) and a bone spur," which, fine... but it was almost signed off with an "as one expects in a patient of this age..." air. Like, not, "Oh, no! Pain! Arthritis!" But more like, "Yeah, sure, arthritis, as you do." It was sort of a sad little realization that, yeah, you're 54... that shit is not at all surprising at this point. Ah, well. So it goes.
Congratulations, Sr. Jess!
Yay, Jessica Sr.!
Well I heard from worker's comp -an email sent at 2:30, with the bare minimum info that I have a eye doctor appointment tomorrow at 8:30. Which technically I could make because my physical therapy appointment isn't until 10:30 but I emailed back and said I couldn't do it , the timing was too close. Also screw that kind of notice and if he can get me an appointment tomorrow. I will also be calling the supervsior I spoke to on Friday and explaining what happened and why I couldn't attend the appointment and ask if it's normal to send an email about an appointment scheduled with less than 24 hours notice
