Mal: You tell me right now, little Kaylee, you really think you can do this? Kaylee: Sure. Yeah. I think so. 'Sides, if I mess up, not like you'll be able to yell at me.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Went to the wrong location for my doctor this morning. That's how we're starting? OK, Thursday, I see how it is.

I once went to the wrong neuro, because I'd been getting emails for like six months about how they were moving their office location, so I showed up at the new location only to realize the current neuro had not relocated, but the previous one had.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

I couldn't get out of my apartment building this morning. Went to the door I usually use (pulling the top button off my coat on the way) and it wouldn't open. The door has the automatic opener, which wasn't working and wouldn't move when I pushed it. Had to go up a floor, walk to the other door (no, the two doors don't connect on the ground floor) and get out that way.

Thrive to spite them

That sucks Toddson.

I've shown up to the doctor's on the wrong day before.

Some babies are cuter than others and some babies grow into their cuteness.

I am not having a great day. I mean it's mostly ok but I've had a bad dizzy spell and a few smaller moments of dizziness/vertigo feeling. This hasn't happened in a long time. I will be mentioning this to PT tomorrow.

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

I can attest that the somewhat...goofier looking of my friend's twins is absolutely getting cuter all the time.

ION, the inner 12-year-old is alive and well. I'm reviewing a document that references parts that start with "P00", e.g., P0093. But someone accidentally used "O" instead of "0". And yes, POO94 did just cause me to LOL.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

Honestly, "P00" with the zeroes made me snicker. Because I too am 12.

Heh. Poop.

I definitely think a lot of baby cuteness is photography skill…but some of it is funny looking babies too. But they change constantly so todays funny looking baby is tomorrows adorable toddler. What startles me always is being able to see a parent so clearly in a baby’s face. Like, my cousin has twins who are now a year old. One of them looks SO MUCH like my cousin (baby’s dad)! The other one not so much.

I’m still annoyed about stupid airline changes. I wanted and paid for a freaking direct flight!

I'm also having a Thursday. It took a lot of bargaining to get myself out of bed this morning.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

When I was a kid my family knew an ugly baby. Her parents were good friends of my parents and I remember overhearing them feeling bad about thinking it. It made me feel better for thinking the baby was funny-looking.

They became a cute kid and a perfectly nice looking adult... its hard to explain why they looked bad, they just did.
