I'm just following the news about what happens because I can't handle watching it. It makes my all -- flames, flames on the side of my face.
This has been a week. And it's Tuesday. Scrappy to the vet yesterday, I had to go to Spartanburg (an hour away) for MRI. Matthew drove me and the MRI was ...an experience. And then we came back. Tomorrow Matthew & I are driving up to Brevard for my emergency dentist appointment on Thursday. I was supposed to pick up magazines from someone yesterday and got the time all wrong (got them from her today). And yesterday there was an issue with worker's comp and prescriptions and so I was in CVS way longer than I wanted to be.
I still have to call the HSA company and try to get my password situation dealt with. I can't remember it and they only have my old phone number and if I don't hear from the physical therapy place by tomorrow I need to call worker's comp and follow up.
I'm pretty sure I'm forgetting something. Oh, M's mom made salmon patties for dinner which is great for them but I have a hard time with the smell (even fresh salmon is an issue for me) so now I'm trying to wait out for the smell to die down some before I go in the kitchen.
I feel like the GOP is taking all their frustrations over not being able to run everything and how the Russia invasion of Ukraine is not doing them any favors out on this confirmation hearing and so that's why they are all acting like a bunch of Karens who are mad that another store so now they are taking it out on you because it's easy.

I just saw on Twitter that Sen Hirono went through all the GOP appointed judges who have sentenced child porn defendants below guidelines.
And asked Jackson if she had ever been accused of sexual assault or settled a sexual assault case.
Bizarre, amyparker! WTH, realtors? You know who you need, that nice couple from Santa Clarita. They might eat your brains but they will keep their appointments.

There's an interesting article from the "National Review" entitled Senator Hawley’s Disingenuous Attack against Judge Jackson’s Record on Child Pornography" pointing out that Judge Jackson is basically doing what other judges do because the sentencing guidelines conflate actively abusing children with possessing videos and make no sense. Needless to say, most of the comments are not supportive, but I was surprised NR published the article.
