I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Oh no. But, yeah, I hope this means good things for him, Captain America or whatever.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Although I hope he's going to do something great. He better be.

Yea, but as excited as I am for Audie Cornish, I'm probably not going to start watching CNN. For example!

Punishingly Intricate

At least Ayesha Roscoe is taking over Weekend Edition Sunday. I love her.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Oh jeez, today's HONY started off with a bang. You always know you're in for an insane ride with 13 parts.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

My office is currently discussing "reconstitution"

I know the oj says three cans of water, but I always use three and a half or even four.

I have to get on a plan soon. Don't wanna. But I am super proud of my bare minimum packing job. I just kept repeating, "One day meeting, Jennifer. One. Day." It worked.

Are they requiring you to go back full-time?

Most of us will be doing a hybrid work week, so three days in office. I have a million questions that I need to follow up on, including the fact that I don't have a desk assignment anymore. It'll be so productive wandering the building every day in office trying to find the desk I've been assigned to that morning!

Big yikes.

Thrive to spite them

I drove today for the first time since Thanksgiving. Just to the thrift store and back with M's mom it's within walking distance and it was ok. I ended up feeling a little fuzzy headed but not bad. I'm nor going to start driving everyday or alone or going too far but it was a start back.

Our wings are not tired.

Baby steps, askye!

House was inspected for 2-1/2 hours today. New owner was here the whole time along with a number of various inspectors and realtors. He seemed very nice although I left after a few minutes. His last words on the way out to my realtor were 'what's the next step' and his realtor winked at mine, so I think all went very well. In theory he has until Saturday to back out, but realtor also said he was happy about the short timeline. Closing scheduled in 20 days!

eta: Finding a boat is easy enough, but finding dock space has been problematic so not sure where I am going yet.
