Wesley: Illyria can be...difficult. Testing her might be hard without getting someone seriously hurt. Angel: We'll make Spike do it. Wesley: Good.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

We're waiting for ltc's Covid test results to come in so that she can hopefully go to her grandparents house for a couple of days. The home test was negative and the doctor who saw her yesterday said it sounds like an asthma flare up but wanted to run a PCR anyway. I was not planning on parenting all day today.

You've got friends to have good times with. When you need to share the trauma of a badly-written book with someone, that's when you go to family.

Used one on eBay!
That's not bad, actually - even if I did have to buy the sandwich cage, I wouldn't be that far in on parts. Hmmmm . . . .

But I like the pretty colors of the smeg!

Oh, believe me, I understand! The fridge I want for my fantasy cottage is already a silly number costwise, and with a custom color, it's "win the lottery" money. But it's reeeeeeeally pretty.

You *can* get into the turret, from the attic, if you clamber over a beam; you just can't get *up* into it from below.

Oh, that might be even better

Show me this Fantasy Fridge, por favor!

Right?

It's this, in cobalt blue. I suppose it's not that much, but I'd want the induction stove from the same collection, and the bungalow extraction hood . . . .

(Fridge choice also dependant on having a chest freezer somewhere nearby)

Ooh, pretty! Do you mean what they seem to be calling Signal Blue or is there another cuper secret Cobalt Blue? Either way, super pretty fridge, and of course you'd need the matching stove and hood.

-t, it is pretty, isn't it? If you select "show all" under "Custom", it's number 5013, five rows down and six in on the right.

sj, honey, I'm sorry. I hope a break is in your immediate future.

TCG's stepmom text me every couple of hours asking if the results are in yet is not helping.

No elbow jiggling, grandparent!

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

David, when I said turret room, I thought I'd seen a couple of rooms that were curved/circular with windows around. And I think whatever room Matilda has, it should have a windowseat. One that has storage.
