I've been meaning to make this recommendation for shoes -- Ryka shoes are the bomb. We sell them at work and I had heard good things and fiy bought some sneakers. So comfortable. And the toe box is a little wider so my toes have more room . I have had issues finding new Vionics since the toe box is narrow.
And the Rykas are cheaper. They are apparently designed by women and for women or I guess female bodied feet.
I didn't get the ones I saw recommend for plantar fasciitis but another walking pair and I had no food pain or anything the first day I wore them. They make boots and other styles
I am limiting my screen time but I need to stay connected and stuff. I'm using my screen time for you guys, looking at cat pictures, and reading comfort fic . But in small doses. I need to get my kindle out and see about getting fic on that I think it is easier on my eyes.
Had a telehealth appointment with my meds manager. She said I was handling things well and she could see a difference. I told her I would let her know if there was anything from neurology when I finally see them she would know .
Have an appointment with the lawyer today at 11 and then with a new GP at 230. So long day but I'm going to nap in between.

Thanks, I'll go with that one. I sadly haven't seen my nephew in several years now, and realize I don't really know what teenage boys like anymore.

I like the idea of the second link, but the graphic design is off for me. Plus, in my mind, it's a bit fanciful, which a teenaged boy might not like. I would go with the first one.
