Waiting for my booster in the loudest CVS ever. It’s a little overwhelming.
OB/GYN appointment was fine, although I do have to go back in a few weeks for a biopsy for a thing that’s probably nothing, but worth checking.
I might stab someone if I don’t get my shot soon.
Wow, my idle threat worked. I am all boosted!!!
The new place sounds like a sweet deal, Trudy! And, yes, maybe your old place was just saying goodbye in its creaky old way, the only way it has. Be grateful it isn't hiding your important treasures to keep you from leaving!
Thank you, Tom. You really do take good care of all of us, and I am immensely grateful.
Love to all of you, in whatever form you're most comfortable with.
and (best of all) NOT a new tub but the century old one reglazed.
Worth its weight in mmmmmmm.
I miss my tub in San Diego so much.
I miss my tub in San Diego so much.
Had a brief moment of, "Huh? My tub is lousy." Then remembered that your former neighborhood is probably 50-80 years older than mine and got jealous of your former tub sight unseen.
Nice, Trudy!
The only time I had a really nice bathtub it was in an apartment on the second floor that shook whenever a big truck went by. That made it really hard to relax and enjoy a bath. For some reason, when sitting on the couch it just felt like "oh, yeah, the building is shaking, like it does" but being in the tub felt like "the floor is about to collapse let me plummet to my death"
Eta: when I stay in a hotel and it has a really nice tub I really enjoy it
