I've been told I have post concussion syndrome.
Saw the nurse practitioner who said I could have limited screen time and return to work woth "restricted duties" bit no clear guidelines of what that is. I tried to describe what I do and he was like yiu shop for other people and I tired to day its not like that. I forgot to mention the average of 28,000 steps a day I put in plus looking at screens.
I guess they will put me on buy online pick up instore.
Oh and I'm going to see a neurologist.
I'm feeling super anxious and emotional and I guess part of that is the post concussion stuff but it's also my own stuff. But I need to know more about what restricted duties means so I can tell work. They are going to ask me and if I don't know I can't tell them.
