I told her. Insert sigh. As I did so I could hear my liberal devoted Democrat mother saying "where did I go wrong with him", as she said so often the last few years before she died. She always blamed herself for our misdeeds, much to our amusement. My brother, not at all amusing.

I guess I was taken with the spirit of msbelle over the weekend, because I just ordered a silver tinsel tree! It will apparently get here next week. Now I have to decide if/how I will get some real greenery into the house.
