There was a great article a while back by a guy who had a shared mailbox with his female co-worker.I remember that! I also seem to recall a trans scientist who after he transitioned, he was told he was smarter than "his sister" who was actually HIM.
There was also one from a man who transitioned to woman who said when she went looking for a job, all she was offered was either lower level and/or paid a lot less. Including a position under what he'd been offered some time before the transition.
I did a lot of onerous tasks today. Healthcare related--asking for referrals for O & R, requesting insurance coverage information, getting a blood draw for me and a follow up appointment later--FLU SHOT! Yay!
I will be rewarded with C's homemade chicken dumpling soup.

My NP said I can wait until March for my COVID booster since I was infected in September.
But I got my flu shot AND a bonus pneumonia vaccine (high risk—I’ll get a booster when I’m 65).
I haven't seen Tom Scola posting here in a couple of weeks. Have people seen him around on FB or the like?

Excellent. I've had my flu shot and Covid booster. I need to see about getting my Shingles vaccine.

I can get a Covid booster soon -- beginning of December, I think. I got my flu shot, and I scheduled a shingles shot but felt really under the weather that week so I cancelled it. I need to reschedule it.
Ahhhhh I finally got into my ERP. After 3 weeks and a couple of days. Such a relief to be able to do my work again! And now I am NOT continuing to work after my day is over just because I finally can, I am trusting that everything will still work tomorrow.
