I was up until about 1:30am packing (well, I was done packing at like 1130 and somehow kept doing things) and got in the Lyft a few minutes ago and realized I forgot my headphones. Dana, I really like Elderberry Syrup for immune boosting. I'm fondest at the moment of the Gaia Herbs one. They've got capsules as well, which is unlikely to help you this time if you're leaving today, but you can find some variant of syrups at your fancier groceries/natural foods stores.
