Ugh, re the opioid puking. Morphine does the same thing to me (and of course if you're getting your opioids in a hospital setting, guaranteed you're already more than miserable enough already anyway without adding puking to the list). I'm so sorry.

There's been a fire about 5 miles east of me most of today. The wind seems to be mostly to the South, so not particularly worrying, but seeing the smoke continue to pile up is not pleasant.
