I have a recent group of new hires who have been completely baffled by the process of providing documentation to get their spouses and/or children on insurance. I have looked st three different cases today and in each one there is an email that directs you to a website and provides login info. On the website there are links to letters that were sent out that outline very clearly what documents are needed and 2 ways to provide them.

And we are no where near the cold of the attic vortex, but I forgot socks today and that was a stupid mistake I will remedy st lunchtime.
It was in the 20s (F) here this morning, and I saw dozens of college students with bare ankles. It made me want to go full-on Victorian. Not that I think ankles are obscene, but when it's 20F it's time to put on some socks! I don't care what it does to your aesthetic.

I'm working from home again today because I'm mostly functional until the cold meds wear off, and then I need to be in a blanket burrito until the next dose kicks in.

They changed the background color on their web dashboard. It's a high-contrast assault on my eyes now.
