Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.
It was in the 20s (F) here this morning, and I saw dozens of college students with bare ankles. It made me want to go full-on Victorian. Not that I think ankles are obscene, but when it's 20F it's time to put on some socks! I don't care what it does to your aesthetic.
I see adults every day outside with bare ankles!
And I've probably seen someone outside in shorts every day this winter, even the one where it was 5 degrees.

Meeting from hell still going on+ whoa nelly cramps+ neighborhood wine night= attempt at a whole week without missing a swim thwarted. Only one of those things brings me any joy.
