I was in bed when I heard neighbors outside looking at the eclipse, but I didn't bother.
I have already done my big plan for the day -- all the shredding and filing. Phew! At some point I should go to the grocery store, but it's not that appealing, since it's four degrees out.
Anyone want to come live with me next year rent free? A one sabbatical from your life?
Interview~ma, Gud. You got this!
I am already exhausted. I culled DH's closet this morning. I think that's the right word, too tired to know or care! It started out with me not being able to get my fingers in there. First I took out any non-button down shirts to fold in drawers. So far I have a box of 30 shirts that either have paint/oil stains or holes, because really how many dirty work shirts does a person need? I have no idea how many t-shirts the man has, surely hundreds after 40 years of basketball. They don't need to be hung up.
After the culling I still have 62 button down shirts!!!! Plus slacks and so forth. I moved his suits elsewhere. So it is still crowded, but at least what is in there can be seen. Thankful we don't have things like jackets and sweaters and stuff.
I deserve major wifey gold stars now. No matter how tired he is after driving players home from the Jacksonville tournament tonight he is going to check out my efforts.
Gold stars, Laura!!
I've got an idea for the Pillsbury Bake-Off, so maybe I will go to the store and then make that as a trial. Even though it's totally off-cycle -- they are announcing winners now, so you enter in the summer, I think.
That sounds like quite a job, Laura.
ION, my car has achieved senior status.

Go Laura!
And interview power to Gud.
My office smells. I think something died in the wall.
Ewwww that sounds gross msbelle!!
The eclipse was earlier and warmer here, so I watched with friends from the local park where someone had arranged a "total eclipse of the heart" singalong.
Laura, that is a lot of shirts!! Jesse, sounds like fun times with Maria!!
Yesterday I tried "bottomless mimosas" at brunch and although I only had 2.5, I slept for about 3 hours after getting home!
Something dead in the office is not a good time.
On the other hand, both bottomless mimosas AND napping are!
I just tried to help my mother with a computer thing, and it makes me so anxious that she closes out of everything immediately all the time! I can't believe she doesn't lose more work.
Timelies all!
Day off here. We got groceries earlier, and Gary has taken Mr. S to get some new clothes.(Including underwear. He's still not fully toilet trained, but I guess at school he uses the potty regularly. Plus, some of his classmates are wearing underwear now.)
