Cable dude basically spent 3 hours here, running all new line from the pole. And he was really lovely. We talked about homebuyong & neighborhoods & he thought it was hilarious that I thanked him so much for pulling ALL the dead cable lines. I bought a dress online, and the site warned that the clothes ran big, but I looked at their measurement chart and bought my regular size accordingly, and the dress has arrived and it's about 2 sizes too big. He cracked up--"Ghostbusters!"
He loooved our planets painting and complained his wife wouldn't let him hang such a thing in their house. I stopped myself from asking, "Precious Memories? Last Supper?"
May your travels leave you enough energy to enjoy yourself, shrift.
And may the youngest Buffista contingent be easier on their parents.
Oh, Athletics, how you break our hearts.
Next year!
ION, my brother is visiting, which means I drank too much red wine tonight. Argh. Off to bed.
Oh, fun. Manager told me my presentation was scheduled for next Tuesday and then asked in the meeting today if I was ready to present. Uh, no?
Oh my god, manager is recounting the entire history of this project, going back to 2013. *sob*
Oh, Athletics, how you break our hearts.
Indeed. And the Sharks didn't look so hot in their season opener.
