Made a really good and really easy mushroom risotto for dinner -- as in, rice cooked in the oven, and only stirred it for about three minutes at the end. Rich and delicious. I feel accomplished. OK, trying the link again. Think I screwed it up: [link]

Aims, I love the yard and the sun room especially. (Why, yes, I find our apartment dark and without a yard. Why do you ask?)
I'll have to check out Zingerman's. I'm finding myself paralyzed with respect to ordering gifts right now, which is not helpful. I don't have a ton to do, but... you know, some forward momentum on that would be nice. I did buy Christmas cards today, because they were right in front of my face and 50% off.
