Aims, I love the yard and the sun room especially. (Why, yes, I find our apartment dark and without a yard. Why do you ask?)
I'll have to check out Zingerman's. I'm finding myself paralyzed with respect to ordering gifts right now, which is not helpful. I don't have a ton to do, but... you know, some forward momentum on that would be nice. I did buy Christmas cards today, because they were right in front of my face and 50% off.

Windy, I understand where you are coming from with a lack of alone time. M and his mom are here all the time and they can be so loud. and when M gets excited or happy or is playing Xbox HE GETS REALLY LOUD. AND THEN EVEN LOUDER and I spend a lot of time with headphones on listening to stuff in the other room or with the window a/c unit on full blast. Occasionally I have kicked them out.. well encouraged them to go to the store or take a drive or something just so I can have time alone.
