The tater tots were a lie.
NOOOOOOOOOOO
I was vicariously counting on those
I'm not sure I could handle the pressure of an escape room

Timelies all!
It's now been 4 weeks since my accident, and I don't have my car back. I don't know what's taking so long, if it's waiting for parts, or insurance stuff. All I know is, I want my car back.
Eeep, yes, being without your own wheels is very annoying.

It probably depends on who you are there with. We all approach things differently. DH and Tate are super competitive by nature. Bobby, his FIL, and I are the super chill set. Tate's Mom is a school teacher so another skill set there. 5 of 6 are of the left brain technical mechanical variety, only FIL is the artistic mindset. It will be interesting to me to see how everyone behaves.
I'm not sure I could handle the pressure of an escape room.
I know I couldn't, which is why I'll never do one.

However, if there were an escape room with an attached bar and live video feed of the people in the escape room, and I could watch Mr. Loomy in all his competitive, bossy glory ordering around other people to do what he says to solve the escape room? That would be perfect. I'd pay double admission for that.

Heh. That would be FUN.

Right there with you.
I'd love to do an escape room with my brother & his family.

In the last 3 weeks I've been involved in 5 separate meetings and volunteer situations for which my employer has provided pizza. Too bad I can't eat pizza. Tomato allergies and dairy sensitivity suck.
Oooh, bar with a live feed of the escape room sounds great!
ETA Bummer aurelia.
I feel you, Aurelia. With added wheat sensitivity.
Also? I miss tomatoes. It's been years. They even smell dangerous now--alarm! alarm! goes off in my head when I smell cooking tomatoes. Peppers. Onions. But I would kill for two slices of white Wonder bread, a good dollop of mayo, salt, and paprika with sliced tomato. Well, I'd use harsh language.

Whew, totally different people. That sounds just awful.
