We killed a homeless man on this bench. Me and Dru. Those were good times. You know, he begged for mercy, and you know, that only made her bite harder.

Our wings are not tired.

All hail AMYTH, Amy Emerita!

Love it, and love you!

Yay Teppy with the abundance of good news.

USB powered heated gloves sound simply awesome.

Hey. New board.

Hi everybody! Skipping a lot, fell behind because another online community I'm a part of got told with less than a week's notice that their online home would be going away and if they wanted to save their content (it's a blog place) to get on it. So I've been busy helping set up an emergency WordPress site and getting content moved over. Definitely less smooth than recent transition here - Gud did amazing work

I think this must have felt something like what the table talk / world crossing days if instability and reliance on overlords must have felt like.

What is even happening?

Gris, I'm sorry about your other community. I had come in here to ask if anyone had heard from you since when you were waiting on your little one's Covid test. Is everything okay on the homefront?

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Fuck cancer. Hec and Javachic, I'm sending out the ~ma for sister and friend.

I want to hug this forever.

Yeah, that's excellent, Aimee.

Steph, good news on both items, yay!

Now tagless for your comfort.

I’m mainly telling y’all here to encourage you to get mammograms

I just had mine and now have to go back for a 3D image. Lefty is looking a little shifty.

Blah.

They are not doing anything virtually for my aunt. Anybody who goes better keep away from my dad for two weeks.

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

The Amiable Alliance has spoken.

Aww, I love this so much.

And I've got WWI on the brain, since I just read the last two Betsy-Tacy books, which are set 1914-17. So to me the Amiable Alliance sounds like the various coalitions of nations, only ones who'd use their powers to STOP people from four years of grinding trench warfare.

Yes! Sorry, I honestly forgot I had talked about this here. Everybody was negative.

But then my assistant principal tested positive and all on-campus learning was canceled in our high school after it was discovered that there was a 400-attendee Halloween party that a large portion of our students attended, with some positive cases.

Dummies.

What is even happening?

I'm glad you all tested negative, Gris.

But then my assistant principal tested positive and all on-campus learning was canceled in our high school after it was discovered that there was a 400-attendee Halloween party that a large portion of our students attended, with some positive cases.

Ugh. I think you'd mentioned someone at work tested positive, but maybe not the party. 400 people??? WTH?!

At this point, my love of human kind has largely burned off. I just don't want the people who are trying to catch Covid shopping and working where we get our groceries or going to our doctors.

I just had mine and now have to go back for a 3D image. Lefty is looking a little shifty.

All right. No, Cashmere's left one. Just no.

They are not doing anything virtually for my aunt. Anybody who goes better keep away from my dad for two weeks.

I take it from this, your dad will stay away from it, too?

Holy shit! Look kids, I know it's tough not doing the usual extracurriculars and social gatherings, but opting for a real-life production of Oliver! with yourselves as the chorus of orphans is not the way to go!
