Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

It's always terrible to get the end-of-the-week special request, though.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

True, I stand by that

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I ran a little over my time at work today, and I'd clocked out when I went by the Activity Room and they were showing Hamilton, so I hung out in the back for a while. So that was a nice un-guilty bonus to the day.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Welcome to the All Baby!

Congratulations, Suzi!

I have just asked what people think "Go Get Fucked" should be.

Well, it's not proper social distancing, that's for sure.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Congratulations, Suzi, and the Bugs! Welcome, Odin!

Well, apparently my uncle has COVID. My aunt tested negative, but who knows. He's very old and in poor health, so probably not good. Sucks for my cousins, but they're all grown with children who are all at least 10 or so.

Also the wine fridge I got off buy nothing seems to not work. Now *i* have to get rid of it! Grr.

Thrive to spite them

Can I have some general adjusting new things /job role ~ma tomorrow?

I'm having some issues, mostly with communication and either asking too many questions or then not enough. Part of it has to do with being told information from someone else and acting on it only to be corrected by the person with the most experience (and thus the one who is kinda in charge them ) because I wasn't given enough information.

Plus I'm at that point where it's more social than it has been with co workers I don't know well so there is that awkwardness for me.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

All, the -ma, askye.

It's going to be a little uncomfortable for you, but I know you have the skills and experience to make this work.

You know this job - way better than most people. You'll be fine if you can just slow things down.
