Or I suppose I could just buy the ingredients next time I go to the regular supermarket.
I was just going to say what you already said - this is available basically everywhere now. I bought mine at Aldi but saw a normal brand at a Cub Foods (standard supermarket) too last time I was in the US.
They do NOT however sell it in Brazil.
Thought- which is safer- a 15 minute ride with an unmasked Uber driver or a 1.5 hour bus ride on a fullish bus with masks enforced?

I'd think the unmasked Uber driver if you can keep the windows open.
Good, because that is what I am doing! I am going to work to pick up a GO Pro camera so I can record videos of my hands on the iPad
Why the hell isnt s/he wearing a mask?
I think that Uber Drivers in Rochester are also the people who don't believe in masks/social distancing because our cases never got that bad.
Can you not request a masked driver?
I did! It said he would be masked. He did not have one. I don't love being alone in a car with a strange man who is angry, so I didn't push.
That is understandable. Glad it wasn't a long ride.
I had planned to do stuff today but our air quality is officially unhealthy and Doug stuff is physically challenging so I think that I will not.
Jacqueline's father's house caught on fire last night. There's major fire damage, water damage and smoke damage. All the stuff she's been sorting carefully since his death is probably lost.
It's a significant part of her and her two brothers' inheritance and it's pretty fucked right now.
And honestly, with all the wildfire damage and my experience with insurance companies during disaster, I don't expect there to be any expeditious payout on the claim.
