Just short of what I drew from the grid over the last year. National Grid requires that individual installations can't be net suppliers. Thanks to some state incentives, my electric bill becomes fixed until the panels are paid off (and actually less than it is now for the most part), and then it's net metering.

oh! exciting! I might consider doing that on my garage roof if I ever make that a proper building - roof is just sort of set on cinderblock walls right now - open eaves and all.

We love our solar system, and due to some things that happened while it was being designed and our power consumption at that time it generates more than double what we use.
