OMG - I do NOT recommend scheduling yourself for an all day MS Project training class the day after crazy travel day.
DO NOT LIKE.
Also? big boss did not seem to register that I was out yesterday and sent me things to do yesterday and wanted them by 9am today. So yeah - missed the intro of this training.
Uuuugggh, msbelle. But yay dogs in one place! I hope they settle in together comfortably quickly and easily
and I just messaged the ENTIRE class when I thought it was a private message. Jesus take the wheel.
Was sad to realize that the In the Heights movie is actually scheduled for 2021 though - for some reason I thought it was 2020.
In The Heights was delayed b/c Covid. BOO COVID.
Yesterday we learned that the main sewer line out of our house is even more fucked than we thought. Or rather, more OF it is fucked than we thought and the joint where the shiny new pipe meets the old pipe is causing backups when toilet paper gets caught on the corroded buildup in the old pipe. Which means we get to spend an extra giant pile of money digging a hole in our brand new driveway this week. Remind me again why I though having running water in the house was a good idea?
Bummer, Jess.
Obligatory Full Copper Repipe reference
Thank god this teacher in this class is actually engaging.
I should have known.
Glad for tat, msbelle.
I am so not into working today! I really just want to sleep all week. I realize it's only Tuesday. but I feel confident I will keep wanting to sleep for several more days.
Tim keeps saying we need some plumbing work done (I know exactly zero about plumbing stuff and was trying to pretend that it's eternal and never ever needs maintenance), and every time he does, I mutter "Full. Copper. REPIPE." I think we didn't get to S6 of Buffy, so he's understandably confused.
There was also a bit in Moonstruck where a plumber is talking up the advantages of copper pipes (the father of Cher's character).
