Yeah, the Last Great dS Period was....a little over ten years ago, during the Second Ray Wars. So some stuff might be on Dreamwidth and Livejournal, but it's definitely not thoroughly indexed or archived.
The due South Noticeboard on DW is still pretty active, and has just under 200 posts tagged meta:
There's a due South Meta Tumblr that actually has a great deal of excellent meta, but of course it's on Tumblr, so you have to deal with....Tumblr.
And truepenny on DW did a watchthrough up to 4x02 back in '08 (during the Second Ray War and the brief but fervent flush of new fans that period brought to dS). truepenny is still an active/current DW user, so they would likely answer comments, even on super old posts like these.
