Dad sent me these sun baklavas ...like a ski mask but for sun protection to use...and while they will be good for errands it won't work as well for work since it covers the whole head and pulling it down for just the face seems like it would be uncomfortable for a whole day.
So far I've been using the N95 masks we had in the house already due to Seattle now having bad smoke seasons like 3 of the last 5 summers and me having asthma. But they put so much pressure on my jaw that it makes my TMJ flare something fierce by the end of a grocery run, so it's not going to be an option for when we're back in the office.
Anyway, I just got a neck gaiter, which seems to be like a balaclava without the hood, and so far it seems like a reasonably comfortable mask alternative, enough that I'm ordering some in Auburn and Seahawks colors to be a bit more festive. (I also have an order in for a set of 3 cloth masks in what seems to be the new standard style for such things, but I'm waiting till they arrive and I get a chance to test them for comfort before investing in more.)

There are a couple of different varieties, very acquirable on Etsy, or easy enough to make:
Ooh, thanks! I'll add those to my shopping list.
Susan, I'm so sorry.
There's no way I'm going to get caught up, so love to all of you, ~ma to whomever wants or needs it, and I'm still really fucking glad we all consider this place our home and can come back without shame no matter how long we've been gone. Thanks for not redoing my room.
that's just horrible, Susan. Peace to you and your family
