Well, it's good you know there's a plan, and have a good idea of what the plan is

I am torn because now I'm like "but I don't want to wear real clothes and leave the house"but I know that the change will be good. I keep coming up with questions - how will lunch breaks be handled? I think if people are 1 per table (we have round tables) that will keep everyone 6 ft apart - as long as they are not sitting back to back -but is that enough seating to accomodate everyone who needs to take a break at the same time.
How many people can be in an elevator at the same time? Will we be allowed to change our gloves after every customer encounter?
I also know htat when I get home from work on Monday I will be tired and possibly over stimulated after a month of just being in the house and not having as much activity. And then once customers start back it will be a matter of adjustment.
Timelies all!
I need to get away from Mr. S. He's been behaving badly for quite a while and I'm not handling it well. I know I can't go anywhere (aside from maybe going to get dinner take-out) and it's driving me buggy.
I'm sorry Sheryl. You must be exhausted from dealing with your little monster. I get tired just reading about all his antics. May he take up an interest in meditation, reading or gaming so he will sit quietly for awhile.
You are a super hero of patience and parenting as far as I'm concerned.
Askye, sounds like they have done some planning, and those are solid questions. Might it be helpful to put together a transition plan, with what you'll need to do at home after work (decontamination and decompression), so you and those you live with have reasonable expectations.
Sheryl, I wish you lived here, so could offer you the condo, which--apart from the repairs we're doing today--is just sitting empty. Do you know anyone with an AirBnB you can hijack for a day or so?

Debet I do have a decontamination plan. The only shower is in Matthew's mom's bathroom and her room has a door to the outside. So I'm going to text them when I get home and have Matthew put some clothes for me in there, then go in, take a shower, have my work clothes I can wrap on a towel and change and carry the dirty clothes to the laundry directly. And of course sanitize my hands before opening the door etc and so on.
That will also give a chance to mentally decompress a bit. Then I'll eat dinner, get online etc.
I spend most days in the computer room anyway. It has been that or watch Matthew play video games which is really boring

I have to say, Matthew has not been impressing me.
It's too early to start drinking but it's not too early to start mixing drinks.
So I've made a delicious orange/ginger/mint concoction.

That is a fine line to draw my friend, but I'm sure you know what you're doing.
I went actually inside a grocery store this morning and that has sapped my will to do anything else the rest of the day. Pantry is pretty well topped off, though.
Orange and mint doesn't sound like a combination that should work, and yet lemon and mint is delicious. Hm.
