No, it's shiny! I like to meet new people. They've all got stories...

Our wings are not tired.

Matthew's brother sent around some screenshot from somewhere warning

Between the people posting fake cures and the dire warning I just want to scream. There are plenty of sources for real information. Exploitative idiots.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I'm so sorry, Drew.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I'm really taking this opportunity to explore my fridge, and I have to say: adding some flat blood orange soda to some going-off red wine is pretty tasty!

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

My grandmother used to add orange soda to red wine all the time at home.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I knew it sounded familiar! (I mean, not from your grandmother, but from the world somewhere.)

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I may have mentioned it before. I don't know if it is an Italian-American thing or what.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

One of my friends is a doctor, and so is her husband. They decided that, until they feel like this pandemic has passed, they're having their kids stay with her parents, and not seeing them in person, so that they don't expose the kids or grandparents to corona. It must be so hard for them -- the kids are about 4 and 7.

Herding cats for fun

Thanks for all the support re: adventures with the worst of people at the grocery store. We live in exciting times now, yo.

It's a little funny to me: I wasn't physically frightened. I'm a big strong woman and thought I might do pretty well defending myself, but I just didn't want to bother with subsequent consequences if I gave them any smart talk. It was so much easier to go Gray Rock and watch them get bored.

I keep thinking, if that was my teenager, I'd be so ashamed to see him act like that.

Here's hoping the test is all clear, JZ.

I'm sorry Drew. Echoing what others have said, the hard work you've done has let your company build a good reputation that won't be forgotten when the current crisis eases and rebuilding becomes possible.

Katerina, you have so much more chill than I would have in that situation. I don't think I'd have been able to keep my disdain to myself.
