I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I don't think so. I think I remember him starting a new job recently.

In lighter news - I didn't have the leftovers that I thought I did to eat for lunch today, so I'm ordering in. Do I want cake or pie with my lunch?

I checked on LinkedIn and Glassdoor indicates that Gud's current company does have an EAP program.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

When come back bring pie!

Yesterday we took Matilda to tour at Ruth Asawa School of the Arts (aka, SotA).

Which is a public high school in the SFUSD, but it's very competitive to get in and Matilda will have to submit a portfolio, audition and submit an essay.

She's applying to the Media and Film Department. (That's been her elective the last two years.)

So her portfolio will consist of a short film she has to finish in the next few weeks.

And the audition in February is a four hour workshop/interview type thing.

A little stressful! But it would be an amazing opportunity for her to focus on filmmaking in high school.

Jacqueline was in the inaugural class at SotA to graduate after attending all four years. So it was very strange for her to be walking those halls again.
