Please Gud please call someone to get help.
You are not a waste AT ALL. You are being abused and you need to get help for your mental health and to stay alive.
You are not a waste if your wife is telling you that she is abusing you and you need to leave.
Gud, Dude! I can vouch for you not being a waste. If you are, then so am I. I have the same inner monolouge day and night. I can honestly telll you the anti-depressants are a god-send.
You're absolutely 100% not a waste, Gud.
Please listen to smart Buffistas here. Please get help. You deserve so much better.
Tom, thank you for the amyth update.
GUD. GET. HELP. NOW.
I say that as someone who's been there.
ltc is wearing all black today. I guess she's mine.
I am adding my voice to the chorus. Calling for help was literally one of the hardest things I did. I say literally because I hate making phone calls and they don't do online. If it helps, I bet msbelle or someone like that will call for you. If you tell me your company name I can look up and see if it is available to you
But I am really, seriously worried for you.
So today the landlord comes to do any repairs/a walkthrough and the city inspector comes in Thursday. Maria has been in my apartment and thought it seemed fine. There are no fire hazards/exits blocked and no garbage. Everything is as clean as it can be since the stuff was probably installed in the 70s or 80s. I am still pretty nervous.
Gud, I think it was Sophia who suggested your company's EAP? That's a brilliant idea, because (in my experience) you only have to make one call and they give you a few names of people to call. Rather than slogging through the provider list and whatever.
Mine actually has people right there. It was one phone call I talked to someone right away. I didn't even have to contact a provider! They got me in so fast because it is designed for urgent issue.
I was lteady to walk myself to inpatient psych. (I work across the street)
