Zoe: Uh huh. River, honey? He's putting the hair away now. River: It'll still be there... waiting.

'Jaynestown'

Spike's Bitches 49: As usual, I'm here to help you, and I... are you naked under there?

Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

They think it’s muscular. Headed home with a muscle relaxant and a topical pain reliever.

Art Crawl!!!

It’s been so long since I’ve dropped in that I didn’t know we have a new board!!

I am so sorry to hear about DX.

And I hope sj’s muscles cooperate quickly.

BTW- I clearly have been spending too much time on Instagram & not enough time here.

I’m home and waiting for prescriptions to be delivered.

You've got friends to have good times with. When you need to share the trauma of a badly-written book with someone, that's when you go to family.

Hi, sumi. It's good to see you.

Although, surely Connie's family knew amyparker? But they didn't contact her. I don't know the story there though.

The only member of Connie's remaining bio family who I've met in person is her oldest sister, Linda, and that was one overnight at her parents' house in high school - Linda's 12 years older than I am, and was married with a family of her own at the time. None of my blood family is still in the town where we grew up, either, so even if there was a moment of "Hmm, that kid she hung around with 40 years ago, she was a Parker, right? Wonder if she knows?", it would take an effort to find us, and I completely understand that she might not have had the energy to spare.
