You like ships. You don't seem to be looking at the destinations. What you care about is the ships, and mine's the nicest.

Spike's Bitches 49: As usual, I'm here to help you, and I... are you naked under there?

Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

You've got friends to have good times with. When you need to share the trauma of a badly-written book with someone, that's when you go to family.

Hi, sumi. It's good to see you.

Although, surely Connie's family knew amyparker? But they didn't contact her. I don't know the story there though.

The only member of Connie's remaining bio family who I've met in person is her oldest sister, Linda, and that was one overnight at her parents' house in high school - Linda's 12 years older than I am, and was married with a family of her own at the time. None of my blood family is still in the town where we grew up, either, so even if there was a moment of "Hmm, that kid she hung around with 40 years ago, she was a Parker, right? Wonder if she knows?", it would take an effort to find us, and I completely understand that she might not have had the energy to spare.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Laura, I'm so sorry #2 son is being such an ass. May he and his wife come to their senses soon. It's good to hear that #1 son is doing so well and is happy.

sj, I hope the muscle relaxers worked and you're feeling better today.

Hello, Sumi!

I kept waiting for DXM to show up at the board again and now knowing he never will feels like a kick in the stomach. There's just been too much bad news all at once. I would like to cry about only one thing at a time.

I feel exactly like that, Zenkitty.

Sumi, how's everything going with you?

Thrive to spite them

Hi sumi and Zen and everyone.

Today just sucks, I mean this year sucks but today is a sucky day in the year. There is work stuff that sucks, not really bad work stuff just --we now have 2 or 3 manager type people (assistant managers and people under them) who have been sent to other stores to "help out" during some kind of./. I don't know what... but some kind of extended leave of those store's managers, I guess or something else. So our store is down those peopel and we aren't getting replacements. And I hate change.

Then there was some drama at work , and then I come home and M tells me his niece has a new boyfriend , and he's black and I guess M's mom was making racist comments to M about it but I guess hasn't said anything to his niece and I'm kind of sitting here wishing I had made some different life decisions.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

I feel like we are all in the scene in Toy Story 3 where they are sliding down toward the incinerator and there was nothing left to do, so they just held hands.

My pain is much worse today and now my arm doesn’t want to move much. So I’m headed back to urgent care.
