Oh Zen, I am sorry about Leo. Breathing a sigh of relief on the insurance. I hope you have a better prognosis than expected.
And yes, good grief, therapists should have someone covering them. Also, they should communicate better!!
Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Tom, all your reactions to your therapist sound totally normal to me. Yay that he didn't die, but what a clusterfuck regardless!
((Zen)) may all the cat-ma be yours.
Tons of cat~ma, Zen.
Cat~ma, Zen.
Tons of cat~ma, Zen!
Zen, all the cat~ma to your Leo.
Lots of cat ~ma, Zen.

I had a mini-meltdown at work. Let my anger show. We have been taken over by an enormous company based in India. They decided we all needed new TCS (them) computers and phone. They are rolling them out through the buildings. They are flawed as all get out and we are all getting very sick of the "if you've forgotten your global ID, you can interrupt one of your coworkers to log into this global website to reset your id". First of all, they should have stations on ever floor where we can go and reset this bullshit ID. but no! it's just 3-4 guys who have control over this process, and they are as frustrated and tired of the mess as we lowly worker bees are. American and Indian alike, this rollout of new equipment, new procedures, new worktypes is driving them as crazy as it is us. Today, for the 2nd time in a week (and this actually makes me one of the lucky ones) my "global id" decided to lock me out of my computer for almost an hour. I have also been locked out of the website where we record our worked hours to get paid, for a week. I lost it when the guy I called for help started giving me the same old spiel about log in from someone else's machine to reset. And actutally had to shout over him that i've heard that enough times, now I have another question, so shut up and listen!" That got through to him, but everyone around me got really quiet.
So, they fixed one problem but I still have the other. but, the mildest mannered guy on the team came by as I was trying in vain to get access to my time card and said, "you sounded really frustrated with whoever you were on the phone with. I hope it's ok now". He tends to understate things a lot. ok there may be more to this story tomorrow, but the wine is finally hitting me, so I will stop ranting. thank you for listening to my work woes. I know they are small compared to what others are enduring. I just really hate to show how bad my temper is in front of people.
