Kaylee: Is that him? Mal: That's the buffet table. Kaylee: Well how can we be sure, unless we question it?

'Shindig'

Spike's Bitches 49: As usual, I'm here to help you, and I... are you naked under there?

Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Thrive to spite them

Penny is 7 so not elderly but not a kitten. She is also a pudgy out of shape cat. She got back in shape when she was allowed outside when I was living with mom but I don't want to do that here. So she could use some exercise too.

I think we have to up the laser pointer play that seems to really work him out. And also find all the toys that have rolled under furniture so there is stuff to play with.

We were doing this thing where we would close one cat in at night with us so they have some one on one time with us.

There is also Duchess , Matthew's cat, who is almost 3. She is a tiny thing and sometimes Scrappy will chase after her but not as often. Occasionally she'll go after Penny or Scrappy but not as much.

I think we should have been a bit slower in introducing them .

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Since this IS Bitches, thought I'd share Col. Sanders' Mothers Day message (it's sort of SFW ... you might want to be careful who can see/hear it).

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I just ate the biggest blueberry muffin in the world. It was the size of a chihuahua. I'm so happy right now.

Our wings are not tired.

I thought my avocado sandwich was tasty until I read about the blueberry muffin. Mmmmm, muffins!

I was going to cook but was too tired. Tomorrow I'll cook.

Scrappy the Cat is very energetic. Last night we ran him around chasing tbe laser pointer until he stopped jumping on the walls after it and seemed to be worn out.

Not half an hour later we were in bed and he was racing around and attacking my clothes in the closet. We opted to sleep rather than play with him.

I'm also transfering out of ladies shoes. I talked to my assistant mgr and she was really nice about it. I'm not sure where I'll end up but it will happen in the next week or so.

One of them is a champion amateur bike racer. He wants to do a race in Denver and is worried about the altitude.

Why are all of the new KFC commercials just a little bit creepy?

I wonder if they are using the same people who did the creepy Burger King commercials.

Despite feeling really awful the last two days (I have been freezing at work but also sweating and feeling nauseous) we got a lot of done around the house. Like switching up curtains and getting thebedroom under control.

Also it looks like Matthew's cat Duchess is pregnant. We thought she might be after her escape and then thought maybe she wasn't. Matthew hasn't ever taken her to get her spayed but she's been throwing up and looks like she's put on weight.

We will have another month to figure it out. I really think she should be taken to the vet but I literally can't because she will attack me if I try and pick her up.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I need landscaping ideas for my small, sharply sloping yard with no trees except for a stand of mature white pines. I want to plant native plants and grasses and make it pretty and comfortable, but I have no clue how to do it. Any tips for where I can go or what I could do?
